I was driving past an antique shop that I sometimes visit but always without much success. I had a few extra minutes so I decided that I'd give it a quick look. Walked out with this minty beauty in a flawless box. Sorry for the terrible photo, it doesn't do this Big Fellow justice. Just proves that you need to keep looking.

No, don't mind at all, I paid $37.00. Have no idea how they arrived at that number but the sticker noted "very rare"!

Very cool! It's always great when you find these little treasures hiding out there. Shaving gear is generally just a curiosity to most antique shops, so most of the time it either ends up being ridiculously over-priced or real bargains. I've seen "rare" Travel Tech kits priced at $50, and no-name straights near $100, but I've also picked up a minty GEM Micromatic for less than $20 and very nice old straights for $15.
