HOW TO TIGHTEN THE BLADE ON A HIGONOKAMI KNIFE? .....the easy way

...i have a higonokami knife that has a somewhat loose blade, i.e. when you hold the knife upside down by the "scales", the blade flops out....

.........how can i tighten the blade/pins the easy way.......? i am not very handy in taking things apart and putting them back together correctly?

Does it have a rivet holding the blade in place? like this? If so, peening it gently tighter would do it.
