52 in a few weeks. Not anywhere near new to wet shaving. Learned to shave at 14 with my dad's Gillette adjustable. It wasn't wet shaving back then, it was just shaving and involved a can of Barbasol. Back in the Aqua Velva, Brut and OS era. Dad rotated through all of them, and I piggy backed off him. Spent from 18 through 43 using the plastic cartridge contraptions out of pure necessity. Retired from that phase of my life and immediately started collecting DE razors and then found some blades online and started using them with the canned stuff. Then the interwebz introduced me to proper brushes and soaps, and here I am.

Big change to my age, as of 8/19/20 my age changed to 78, I'll see what happens 8/19/21. Right now I have to check my blood pressure, blood sugar, and take my meds, & then put out a razor, soap & Brush for tomorrow.

Thank you Mr. Farmer, it seems funny to have a 62 year old wife at the age of 78. Thinking back the last time I dated a 62 year old was 40 years ago.

I get to call my wife "Gramma" for 2 months; she's 2 months older than me.
She just says that means she's the boss since she is the oldest.
I got a feeling I'd lose out no matter who was older! Lol, she does do me the honor of at least pretending that I'm the boss!
