How much would you pay for LaToja cream?

Hi,

Recently I got to meet someone who can make possible to order spanish LaToja shaving cream (and sticks!) and prices cheaper than in store. The price change won't make much difference for spanish guys, since we can already get it quite cheap, but this gave me the idea of making this product available to people who live in US and other countries, at a much fairer price than what they might be able to get. Once I saw a guy on internet selling tubes at 14 dollars piece, which I believe is a bit too expensive.

How much do you think it's fair to pay for a tube? If my memory doesn't fail, I think it is 125ml. What about the shaving stick?

I might be able to get other spanish products too, such as Lea cream and sticks too.

The postage won't be a big problem, since those items are quite light.

I hope to hear your opinions, because I would like to do this with a price tag that everyone thinks it's reasonable.

Thanks.

I've bought LaToja sticks, AS splash and shave cream from Leon at Vintage scent. His prices to Australia are the best I could find so I guess you could use that as a benchmark:001_smile

Me too!

I think Leon's prices are pretty fair, and shipping is reasonable. And, I love the LaToja creams!

The guy who can supply those products to me is the same guy who supplies them to regular drugstores, so he can only carry discounted the regular drugstore products:

Shaving cream (both normal and sensitive skin)
Shaving stick
AS splash

As for the non standard LaToja products, a quick phone call revealed that he has access to them, but not at wholesale price, but at normal final client price. That might not be all that interesting for you. For example, the wooden soap and bowl shipped to the United States would approach the 20 euro. That's not a bargain at all.

I just ordered the sensitive cream from Vintage Scents for a little over $11 shipped to the US. That is less than the tube alone before shipping from some online US vendors.

I agree with those using Vintage scent as a baseline for prices. Unless your source could beat them by a reasonably substantial margin I would rather just support a B&B vendor honestly. I'd be open to hearing more about it though.
