How do you Kill Time at Work?

So I'm wondering what everyone does to pass time during the day? Other than read/post B&B.

Lately, I've been reading an online novel (http://www.johndiesattheend.com/). Sometimes I have fun reading Fark.com. I also use a Firefox plug-in called 'Stumble Upon' which finds random websites.

Yes, I actually manage to work too, but not too much at a time!

I foolishly work with my door open, and wind up spending most of my day talking with students and colleagues--not truly killing time, but not helpful in terms of being productive.

I'm afraid I don't have any time to kill at work. B&B takes up my entire day.

A break??? I wish. Now that I have moved from the plush private hospital internship back to the university medical center I am slaving away just hoping to get a break long enough to get a bite to eat and make a run to empty the bladder.

I work from home a few days a week. I can manage the Internet for my company without leaving the house. NOW AND THEN while working from home I get a chance to visit the shaving forums, and check out ebay, and send email to friends, and pay bills online, and see what it going on in the news, and, and, and.....

I do interview our Porsche models IN PERSON. I drive to the dealership to meet them and take them to lunch and look at their portfolios. Imagine that!!! Reading resumes and just looking at pictures doesn't work for me. I have to meet them in person and read their BODY LANGUAGE.

Did I mention that I sell a few cars in my spare time?

When I worked in the refinery, we referred to this as "riding and hiding"!
