How do I re-mill Tabac deo-stick?

I have at least five units of used Tabac deo-stick ... each lasts about 2 months, and has been used down to the hilt.

I go through a lot of this product, and its hard to come by. My favorite supplier ( http://www.fragrancex.com/products/_cid_cologne-am-lid_T-am-pid_1248M__products.html ) is frequently out of stock, and I haven't found any other affordable source.

I'd like to find the best method to integrate all these leftovers into one usable stick, either through milling, melting, molding, or what have you ... and at least one of the emptied containers will be recycled to hold Tabac shave soap.

Any ideas, comments or suggestions?

I would see if milling works well with the first stick, it should be the safest experiment.
There's really not enough left to mill in any of the sticks, but if I put them all together, I might have about 3 weeks worth of product.

can I microwave this to melt it? scrape it out with a spoon? I'm not sure the best method to combine 5 into 1, or how to clean the empties so that I can reuse them for soaps.

I've never taken on any task like this, so I'm not sure how to proceed next.

With alcohol being listed first on the ingredients list it would probably not be a good idea to melt it down.

If the consistency would make it hard/impossible to mill it back into the same container, I would try squeezing it into a ball using some kind of fabric to contain it, and perhaps applying hot water.
If this works you could use it like it is. I use alum deodorants without any "container", so I don't see that becoming a problem.

However, I've never actually tried this nor have I ever used or even seen the Tabac deodorant, but if the consistency is anything like the solid deodorant sticks I've had in the past, I would give this a try.

edit: As for getting it out of the container, do whatever works. Maybe try heating a spoon or knife slightly and do your best to dig it out.
