next step is "Durchsuchen" (I don´t know what it is in english) and than "Upload"

it needs some time. Than you see under "Current Attachments " the name of your picture.

The recommended way is to use the B&B Gallary. It's found under the More tab in the navigation links up top. After you upload a photo, it will give you the vB code which you can cut and paste into any post you'd like.
