Hot Sauce Williams.

Fridays are Fishtastic!
In the early 90s, I worked at a parts store at Lee and Harvard on the east side of Cleveland. Hot Sauce Williams was a frequent lunch player, whether chicken or Polish Boys. So, are any of you familiar with the place? Have you ever tried to replicate the sauce? I haven't had a Polish Boy since I moved to Texas in 1992, and have been dying for one.

Oh yeah life long Clevelander here and love me polish boys (being of Polish descent myself!). You need to come back for some BBQ hot sauce williams style!

I hope to come up this autumn. I am definitely going to hit Hot Sauce Williams, and may even try that upstart Seti's :001_smile. Oh, and I have to hit Mr. Heros, too- Romanburgers are almost worth killing over.

Do they sell the sauce? If so, I will need to figure out how to send myself some once I am up there.

Are you originally from Cleveland? It is my adopted home town- live there from the age of 13 to 24. I was born in Steubenville, which explains why I have an adopted home town :001_smile

Yep, I was born at St Johns there, grew up on the far west side. Other than college & law school I lived there until 1987, when my Uncle Henry called me North
