Horsens Harbour at night

Went to the harbour this evening to play with light, reflections and long shutter times.

Gear; Canon EOS 500D, Canon EF-50 f/2.5 macro, tripod, remote switch

Processing; cropped, b/w converted, light and sharpness adjusted in PhotoFiltre. CA made the b/w conversion necessary.

Nicely done, Jakob. I enjoy it very much when you play with light.

Jakob, Sin City is my favorite movie. I'm not sure how to decribe it nor the terminology to describe the style. It is a modern movie that is made in black in white. Some of the props occasionally have color, particularly reds as in maybe a woman's lipstick. Blood is colored yellow. The characters dress in vintage clothing (throw in a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors and cell phones) and drive vintage automobiles.

The fourth picture with the dock reminded me most of the movie. There is a scene in which a few characters are standing on a dock.

I highly recommend.
