Help ID this Gillette

I've seen on sale here in Italy the same razor that appears in this post, http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=39126&highlight=gillette+travel
It cames in a leather case with "Genuine Gillette" on the top, and inside "Made in USA". Can anybody tell me what I've found? Thanks...

That looks like a old type open comb gillette with a two piece handle. It's used as a travel razor. Not sure how well these shave.

Is the razor marked 'Made in USA'? I have a similar one but made in Germany, marked 'Optima'. There are usually several on E-bay. The handle is 2-part and the whole razor fits in a case the size of an aspirin tin. For those old enough to remember aspirin tins!

Yes, it is marked Gillette and Made in USA, with a small case. A travel razor, for sure.
