Yes, I have one and have used it a bit. Its shave is mild, just a little bit more aggressive than a Tech. The handle, though attractive, gets slick during the shave and you have to hold on tight. Quality wise, it's average.
If you're looking for a new inexpensive razor, it's not bad and gives a good shave

The Lord tech would probably make a better choice in the same price range.
