Has anybody tried this soap? It’s Hawaiian Coconut Bowl Shaving Soap & Brush Island Rain sold on eBay. It’s a homemade soap from Lahaina, Hawaii, United States.

Looks like you'd mostly be paying for that crappy-to-mediocre-synthetic-looking brush & the coconut shell bowl. If I had to hazard a guess re the soap, judging by its looks I'd say it's a melt & pour.

Not that there's anything wrong w/melt & pour soap. But FWIW, there are so many good soaps that are known quantities & reputable vendors -- this just doesn't look like it's worth it.
