Happy Thanks giving All

Happy Thanksgiving B&B. I do not expect to post much after dinner as I am likely to be asleep (if the kids do too). Tryptophan for the win!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! =-)

What am I thankful for?

I'm thankful for surviving a golf ball sized tumor (which is shrinking thank goodness), I'm thankful for my beautiful wife and our healthy son. I'm thankful for our home and for each & everyday that we receive our daily bread. I'm thankful for all of Yahweh's (God's) other wonderful blessings that have been bestowed upon me and my humble family.

I pray for all of those who are suffering with illnesses, loss of a loved one, loneliness, depression, our troops, etc..
May each and everyone of us find; peace, health & happiness within our lives.

I just finished preparing a very nice brunch for my family, our tummys are full and the dishes have all been washed and put away...
Next up this evening we will be enjoying a very nice Thanksgiving dinner with the star attraction of the night being a cajun style deep fried turkey...
WOOT WOOT!

Hear, hear! To the soldiers. On this day when I served it was a courtesy for the officers to invite us airmen for dinner at their place. From Lt's up to Colonel's. Nice gesture that I'll never forget. Then in Korea, it was the civilian staff members who offered their homes for us Airmen in their homes. Great memories.

Happy Turkey day B&B!

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving to B&B and all the fine members. Yup, know what it was like to be away from home during the holidays when I was serving, but there was an excellent camaraderie that helped us get through those times (and usually excellent chow).

Happy Thanksgiving to all. For the Canadian in the group it is late but living in the US I don't always remember the date of Canadian Thanksgiving (October 1 IIRC).

Thanks, Alex . . . Happy Thanksgiving to you and all the rest of the B&B gang!

I'm finally taking a minute to relax behind the keyboard . . . my wife and I cooked turkey and ham for my parents and my sister and her husband . . . plus my son, who eats enough for three people. (Teenagers!!)

I am simply thankful for EVERYTHING . . . life is good, and every morning is an opportunity for another shave and some more of God's blessings!

I give thanks to being a B&B member and having the opportunity to share and learn with all of our members.
