I am on a mailing list for a local shop and they are having an event for this tea.

Hakka Lei Cha seems to be a food made with tea and either nuts or grain.

It appears to be a pounded tea mixed with nuts, seeds, and grains to make a beverage rather than a tea. It can be served savory or sweet. I would be most interested to try some.

not an easy dish to find and make nowadays. I've tried it and some are quite tasty. It's a love it or hate it thing
