Oh boy, I wish I could. Until I tried Soap(same scent) I had no idea what to expect, still don't know what I am smelling. It's probably my favourite scent, at least from GD. Sorry I am no help, look up orris on Fragrantica scent descriptions is all I got. It's not feminine, it's not masculine, it's clean but not a cologne scent. It just smells so expensive, somebody called it luxury hotel scent.

I know iris is based on the purple soap scent Mo released a few months back. Purple soap is super nice and I suspect iris is even better. I didn't get iris, but I wouldn't be afraid to buy it.

Iris is the same product as Soap, just a name change? How would you describe the scent strength- light, mild, strong?

Mild is a good word, it's not faint. It's probably medium/mild, just enough to actually enjoy it. It's in the ballpark of the lighter SV scents, maybe like Felce Aromatica. The AS has some persistence, which I like, but is not strong enough to offend others.
