I voted Clubman but you could also wear the Pinaud Bay Rum. I used to play on riverboats in New Orleans occasionally (but wore a beard at the time). Most riverboats that I've been on are trying to approximate the "old time" experience. Clubman might be your best bet as most men seem to have a scent memory of the talc (at least) from barbershops growing up (not that it has any real connection to riverboats).
I'd say Clubman or Masters.
What do you play? I'm a jazz drummer.
Riverboat? Murray & Lanman Florida Water.
On my last riverboat gig, a drunk woman spilled her martini on me (and my hi-hat and snare), so you might consider just using vodka and olive brine. Because rum might clash, you know.
Now, THAT'S the true riverboat scent. I'm a bass player. It's a weird sensation trying to play while you are drifting along the river....
none of those for me yet. just started and using nivea sensitive. i like it.
If she spilled her Martini, technically you should use Gin. Smells better too. Might I recommend New Amsterdam Gin (so smooth you can drink it straight). The added citrus really goes with the nice weather we have been having.
I say Clubman. Something about the scent just seems right.

You are SO right. When we started moving, it really threw me for a loop. Once underway, it was really cool to play and watch the lights go by...
Exactly. I feel blessed to have had the experience. Not many can say that they've played "Struting With Some Barbeque" on a riverboat floating down the Mississippi!
