Good Haircut/Salon on the Las Vegas strip?

I'm headed off to Las Vegas tomorrow and I want to get a legit haircut while I'm there (Ideally not full on expensive but thats secondary). More important is that I've never figured otu what to do with my hair, what looks good or not, what product is ideal, what my "scalp" type really is etc... and I figure that the strip is about as good a place as any to find someone who actually knows all that stuff. Staying at NYNY and I know there is supposedly a Art of Shaving that does them close by. Might be a Trufitt & Hill near by as well. Any experience there? I figure I'm a more traditional haircut kind of guy but at the same time I don't want to be limited by barbers who are heavily biased towards pure old-school cuts. My local barber is very good but my lack of knowledge and the atmosphere isn't conducive towards in depth 1v1 interactions.

Sal Jeppi at Qua Spa (Caesar's) gave me the best shave and haircut of my life this spring. Free drinks, too. I'll see him every time I'm in town going forward.
