Going to Bangkok and Bali

I am taking a little vacation to Bangkok and Bali next week for about 3 weeks and I am trying to decide what shaving works to bring - I think it will be a Merkur Slant/Irridium combination with a LaToja stick. But I change up my soap/cream every day and my shaver every 3 uses when I change a blade - I am concerned that I might fall into a funk if I use the same stuff every day for 3 weeks.

I am trying to decide between a Wee Scott, New Forest or Rooney 3 size 1. (I have a C&E travel brush made by EJ but I think that the badger hairs were trimmed when they made the knot and it is too scratchy on my face - that will drive me nuts after a week or so) Also, I think Speick is the best a/S choice - light scent, good conditioners and a nice alcohol burn for the hot weather.

Last time I went to Thailand I found a barbershop that gave me a shavette shave for about $3 - I visited every day but the lather was cold and he just sort of slathered it on - I think I can do a better job myself.

I've been traveling for a couple of months now and I originally planned to bring one brush, one razor, two soaps (Gentlemen's Best and Irisch Moos sticsk) an a cream (tube of Proraso). At the last minute, I tossed a travel container of Castle Forbes Lavender cream into my back too. I finished the GB stick and I'm most of the way through the CF. I don't really use the Proraso much--it's kind of a back-up. On the other hand, I've been using the heck out of the Moos and I don't feel the need to get anything else. I guess you could carry another razor or brush, but I'm OK with one each.

Aftershave is a different story. I used up a bottle of Gentlemen's Best AS and bought a couple of local Japanese versions. Local buys are always a good way to break the monotony.
