Returning after a long long gap. On hibernation from safety razors issues.

Can someone tell me about this Rocket in the can ?

What is the year of manufacture..what is the history..what is the real story ??

Am a newby so regrets I cannot assist but, just one obvious observation. WOW...Gillette really turned out some beautiful products back in the day. Shameful when I see the mass market, automated production, CHICOM made goods cranked out today from some child labor sweatshop factory in Xinjiang Province. You've got a beauty there.
