Gillette razor on e Bay - what is it and is it a good buy?

Hey there,

Was busy browsing everyone's favourite auction site, and found an auction that says it's a unused safety razor in the original box, and that it's from Argentina.

I was curious, if anyone could tell from the box (graciously linked below after my faux pas) approximately what year/model this was? I assume it's a Tech (since it says that on the box), but beyond that I don't know much about these things

Thanks, sorry about the link. I removed it, I looked in the rules for eBay stuff but I'm blind (and tired... my first week of graveyard shift )
