I recently bought a vintage '64 slim off ebay. It seems in quite good condition except for an issue, when i look at the blade seated and tightened down. The blade itself is pulled down closer to the safety bar on one side, this is the same when i look at it from both directions. Is this repairable..?? I have been looking at how to do it, but dont have a clue... :/ The seller i purchased from has very good feedback.

Your safety bar is probably bent from the razor having been dropped. By rights the seller should allow you to return it for a refund.
If not, with care, you may be able to bend things back into place using pliers or a screwdriver. There's an instructional thread around here somewhere instructing you how to do this. It's not an unusual problem.

I had the exact same thing happen to me with a Slim Adjustable. I contacted the seller and sent him pics, and he promptly sent me a replacement. His name on ebay is pondpatrol and I highly recommend him.
That said, it can be repaired with the instructions in the thread, I got mine pretty close... but, there was also an issue with the center bar... and that I have never got quite perfect. I do notice the replacement that he sent to be functionally better in all respects though.
