GFT Trumper Sandalwood cream defective?????

I just received my GFT sandalwood tub shipped from UK and while the performance is phenomenal - the consistency is somewhat liquidy - let me clarify - when I tilt the tub - the cream would FLOW out of the tub. Is this normal ? In the pictures on their website it shows that the product is relatively solid. The Truefitt and Hill creams always came solid and if I were to tilt their tubs upside down - nothing would happened.

I had a tub of TOBS avocado that was like that, soupy. Worked fine, but like your cream, it would flow out. I emailed TOBS and they sent a replacement right away. I left the original tub with the top loosened. After a few days it dried out to the usual consistency and now I have 2 tubs of tobs avocado cream.

Get a replacement...I have a GFT and it's fine.
