Try Basilica from Queen Charlotte Soaps. This smells very similar to incense, not sure if it is frankincense or myrrh though.

Ginger's Garden offers a scent called "King's Gift," blending frankincense, myrrh, and amber resin.
Mama bears used to have both separately.
Straight Razor Design has a frankincense soap.
^^^I got a sample of SRD Frankincense soap and loved it. It's slick, easy to lather, and smells fantastic.

Another vote for QCS Basilica. I prefer the cream (a hard cream) over the soap. It's my go-to almost every Sunday morning.

I went through a tub of Mama Bear's Frankincense and Myrhh. It was a nice fragrance and a good soap.
And still yet another vote for Queen Charlotte Soap's Basilica. If you are looking for a frankincense or myrrh shaving soap, you will love this.
