FRANKENRAZOR: EJ DE89L Handle Screws Into a Gillette Tech Head

On whim I took the handle from my DE89L and screwed it into a NOS Travel Tech I had laying around. And it screws in perfectly. Can't shave tonight, but tomorrow I'm going to give a spin!

So I attached the 89L handle to my Tech head with a Crystal IP blade and put it through the paces. Excellent shave. I had forgotten how simple and smooth Tech shaves are... easy like Sunday morning.

Less aggressive heads are underrated, I think. I'm looking forward to a nice sunday shave as well:
-restored WB in Pink Ivory
-English Fern soap
