Found my next razor

It's a merkur 37c. Its an aggressive slant bar razor. They go for a little over $40 new. A great shaver from what I heard.
Looks like a Merkur HD slant (37C) to me.
The 37c is a great razor I've been pretty happy with mine. For a long time it was characterized as extremely aggressive which tend to agree and disagree with. It certainly rewards an experienced technique and punishes pressure and/or poor angle. There are plenty of posts around here that will help you make an educated decision.
It is a merker slant. I have one and they are a great razor. I have 3 razors and rotate them: merker slant, feather stainless, and a mergress. If you buy the merker slant, make sure you use a very sharp blade like the Feather blades. The slant is very unforgiving, and a dull blade in the a slant is a sure way to slice your face.
I've been thinking about a Merkur slant as my next razor. It seems like a lot of gents really like the shave.
As a proud owner of a 37C & 37G. . . I always get incredible shaves with my slant razors. If for some strange reason. . . you do not like it. Sell it on B/S/T and it will be sold within five minutes.

Can anyone compare to the Hoffritz? - I have been thinkin about a slant also.
Pretty much the same type of shave but you get more of a satisfaction knowing you're shaving with a Hoffritz......go figure!
