I picked up this razor for $15 dollars at a garage sale. It was cleaner looking than the first two razors I restored so I was willing to pay the extra money. Plus it came in the original cardboard box with some Gillette thin blades. I think it's a Gillette tech from 1940. It's cleaned up well' I had to take the lacquer off because. It was orange and chipping off. I found a new hobby! Friends tease me, saying its a weird hobby to have for being 26. I can't help myself here is something satisfying about restoring a razor that's older than you and then shaving with it
