According to the US Gillette Dating Information, Gillette stopped making DE razors in 1988, so there would be no DE razors date coded for 1990.
An N date code is 1968.

Thanks, but according to what I found Gillette was making Razors In 1993 and A Few years after that.

Yes, Gillette still does make some DE razors for sale in India, and other parts of the "3rd world".
I personally wouldn't go out of my way to acquire one of these, as the quality is not thought to be up to Gillette standards. I also wouldn't pay more than $5-$7 for one of them.

I Know that they arent as good as other Gillette DE Razors, But I'm Looking for a 1993 one as I was born that year.
I Will keep the price you mentioned in mind though, So I Won't go overboard.
