Bob, it's Spanish. As you can see it shares the same glass bottle design as the Mentolado Suave and Vigoroso.
Word "modern" spotted - I'm not holding my breath. It usually means some sort of synthetic aquatic stuff or whatever. I'd love to be wrong, I enjoy Vigoroso a lot.
