I bought this off of the bay and when it got here it looked like this. Is this fixable? Thanks for the help.

It is a Parker 21.
We have a few that can help on this one Knock, but im no expert with parker Hooded designs so im not sure how much is going on there, it may be fixable but it also may take someone else to do it for you, and also may cost more then the pen is worth. But that all will depend on what the pen is worth to you, a lot of outside repairs from great known persons will run 20-50 bucks for certain things, but this one im not sure about

You out bid me for that one, I didn't go very high since I couldn't tell if the nib unit is just unscrewed or if there really is an issue.

I lost out on another 21 and just jumped right on this one. May have jumped the shark while I was at it. Was told that it comes apart and can just be turned to correct position. I hope so or I may be scarred from vintage ebay pens for a while.

Richie, Are you familiar with 21s?
I replied to your PM, but I wouldn't let a P21 scare you from vintage pens, they are supposed to be inexpensive student pens and were built cheaply for the time.

I got the hood off after soaking in some water. Now to purchase some ink and see what she can do. Thanks for the help guys. I appreciate it.

btw on a completely different note, if you hit up your settings page and to the right click signature, you can drop your name into it so it will post for you, unless you prefer to type it when you post.... just thought i would let you know
