I do not know the Awakenings (well known and renowned around the board though) but I am sure you will love the Dragons Blood!

I have tried Rosemary Mint, Ye Old Barbershoppe and Hydro Glycerin all are great soaps. Awakenings and the Dragons Blood will be the next soaps I order from Mama Bears.
I just ordered a bunch of samples on friday from her. At one point I had almost 20 different scents in my cart, but I narrowed it down to the following: Awakenings, lime ice, dragon's blood, victorian violets, roses, spellbound woods and autumn afternoon.
I want something menthol before the summer ends, and I've never tried any of the floral scents so figured this was a good way to see if I liked them.I just couldn't resist the others.

I have 3 of hers. Dragon's Blood, Diogenes Club and Bay Rum. I enjoy all 3 so it's hard to say which is my favorite. At first I wasn't happy with the Bay Rum as I was expecting something along the lines of the Royall Bay Rhum scent. But I got over it and find that it is quite good. Be careful with the Dragon's Blood as some people have had a reaction to it. If you do, then put it on B/S/T as I'm sure somebody will grab it up.
Just about killed my tub of aged spice and since seeing this thread will pull out Awakenings for a go in the AM as its gonna be a scorcher in the NE.
The awakenings is definitely face freezer, one my of summer favorites! 
I have Cocoa, Diogenes Club, Lime Ice, Spice Island, Spicey Lime, Toasted Coconut, Vanilla Cream, and Ye Ole Barbershoppe. To a large degree, since I'm only on my second pass through them all, the jury is still out. But I like the Lime Ice for its chill and the Ye Olde Barbeshoppe just because. None of them are bad.
Spicy Lime is my favorite...can't believe it doesn't get more praise with all the lime fans around here.
Can anyone nail down what Ye Olde Barbershop smells like? I intend on snagging it when I replace my near-dead Spicy Lime.
I shaved with Spicey Lime yesterday. Great stuff.
To me, it seems to have a mild vanilla note, along with mild scent you might associate with a mens talc or body powder product, maybe some other notes. It is hard to nail down, but it is not too strong, and just plain smells great.
The Mama Bear website has an interesting abstract description of it.

I just placed an order for Dragon's Blood, Aromatic Pipe Tobacco and Good Morning Honey. Two shave sticks, one in Turkish Mocha and one in vanilla. The reviews here are good and the price was right.
I smoked a pipe for 10 years, using a variety of tobaccos, but generally using a mild aromatic with a nice hint of vanilla. Hopefully this soap doesn't send me off the quit-smoking wagon

I hear ya! I have a shipment that contains OSAGE RUB coming tomorrow- "out for delivery"--that I am desperate for in this weather!
Marauders Citrus is beyond. My other fave is Sweetgrass, a sort of buffed off lime/cream arrangement, subtle and addictive. Don't obsess, just get any one MB sells, and enjoy.
I got the Awakenings and the Lime Ice. Love them both. The only problem with the Awakenings is that my wife loved it too and it now resides in her bathroom. Although I am told I can use it once in a while if I want. Oh the downfalls of having a wife that shares my love of good shaving and good shaving products.
Gents, if you haven't tried it, you definetly need to give Dublin Tweed a try. I'm not good at desciing sents but I'll give it a try. It smells mmmm.....Freakin Awesome!
