From what I understand, all Kent badger brushes are super soft silvertip, but for some reason say "Pure Badger" on them. My Kent BK4 is the softest brush I've ever used (perfect for creams) and it has "Pure Badger" on the handle as well.

I believe its a Silvertip. Kent has its own confusing grading. Familiar story...
