EPS file help needed

For a small project converting and cleaning up a jpg.
Thanks in advance.

What do you need to do to it? Looks like I can open an .eps file in Photoshop Elements and save to that format.

Henry I have a low quality jpg logo (vector art) that need to be cleaned up and converted to .eps
Its a line drawing and is to be used on a large outdoor banner.

I have photoshop 5 and do not see the eps format in "save as"

Wow, Photoshop does vector art, now? You used to have to have Illustrator for that purpose.

I don't think Photoshop does vector art. I work with Illustrator every day at work. I could probably clean it up and make it into vector form for you. PM me if you still need help.

there are a couple of older tools that are Free/Open Source Software that can vectorize raster files, if folks are interested:

Potrace

Delineate

Autotrace

Of note, Potrace is now embedded as a portion of Inkscape, the Open Source counterpart to Illustrator.
