English GEM G-bar

I've tried all the G bars but this is my go to SE razor, on closer examination and use it's slightly more aggressive than the US made version with a slightly more acutely angled head.

Anybody else notice the difference?

Ah...probably because they're actually called the E-bar and sold by Ever-ready. Still, I disagree with this seller, they feel different to me.

Just pointing to an example of what I have, it's a 50+ year old razor so I don't think the thread age will make much difference.

I just got one recently too...



I haven't used the Gem G-bar, but it is reputedly very mild and my Ever Ready version is not - it's more aggressive than the G-bar sounds by other people's descriptions.
