Edwin Jagger brush

I currently use the Edwin Jagger best badger brush. I'm not sure how long it is, but the bristles seem really long compared to others I've seen. I feel like its a bit "floppy" when applying lather to my face. I believe it was about $30. Can someone recommend a good brush like this one that won't break the bank but is a little shorter?

Simpsons Berkley 46 is great brush. It does have a shorter loft than the EJ BBB.
