I bought 2 cheap china razors from someone on ebay. I purchased them separate and paid $4.00 shipping for each($8.00 total). The seller shipped them together with no bubble wrap. Just some paper wrapped around them and taped. The safety bar on one of the razors was bent down. Because the shipping was in China I carefully bent the safety bar back but asked for $3.00 partial refund because of this. No response in one week now. What kind of feedback should I leave and should I just let everyone here know who it is?

If it were me, I'd let the refund go. It's a few bucks and my time has more value than that.
As far as feedback, I would leave appropriate feedback. If the shipping was inadequate, then I wouldn't feel bad about noting it in the feedback section.
I'm not sure how many guys would benefit from knowing who the vendor is, probably not scores of guys beating a path to a Chinese Razor suppliers sales site. But then again, as long as it is truthful and done with the modicum of respect that all people here are due, naming the vendor would not be completely unreasonable as far as I am concerned, but that should be your call.
That's just my perspective.

I agree with Phil in regards to leaving the appropriate feedback on ebay. If you're not satisfied with the way they took care of you I think it's your responsibility to leave the appropriate feeback that would give other buyers (me included) an idea that there is a chance I won't be receiving exactly what I paid for, that includes damaged goods due to improper shipping.

As far as telling B&B who the seller is? Well, it's up to you. But to me B&B is kind of one big family. We all share the same, relatively unusual passion, and I think letting people know you had a bad experience with a certain seller is entirely appropriate, regardless as to whether the seller is on ebay or any other vendor (as long as it's done within reason and in a respectful manner). It may prevent a fellow B&Ber from having a bad experience down the road. And I'm all for that.

My 2cents.
