Sometimes sellers will raise the price on BIN when they will be unable to ship for a while. I guess they figure it won't sell and it's easier to change the price than delete and later re-list. Here's another crazy one:

As of this morning it is still up. It was also posted via eBay mobile, which could have an effect. (e.g., fat fingers on small devices.)

I think people do that when they make a mistake and list something, but they don't know how to delete a listing, so they just make the price something ridiculous and wait for it to close out.
