Has anyone tried this soap? It's listed on the Harris website but without a photo so I'm guessing it's new. I haven't seen any dealers carrying it either. The description lists added coconut oil so I'm wondering if it might be a good alternative to Trumpers Coconut. Seems it's only available in the wooden bowl though

It provides a Harris-typical slick shave, but don't expect any coconut summer feeling. It smells... well, it hardly smells at all. A bit like butter with a very light touch of almond, perhaps. Can't really describe it.

So it's not a soap for those who wish to bathe in scent, rather for fellas with skin problems. I don't have the packaging here and the website doesn't give away anything about the INCIs, but I suppose that parfume / fragrance is used rather sparingly.

Thanks. It sounds interesting enough to put on my "To try" list but I'll wait until I can find it without the bowl.

It's definitely a good soap. Not exactly an epiphany, just good. Indeed I haven't seen it without the bowl, I suppose you'll have to hit the bay for that...
