When the temps get up into the mid-90s I find my selection narrowing. Likely to go for a Bay Rum or Old Spice and leave stuff with a higher viscosity on the shelf. Sometimes I just stick with plain Witch Hazel.

Ron its that temperature every day here so I have to mix it up or else I have little choice - having said that the A/C is always set to 22 degrees ! I do like the citrus stuff already but its not stopping me wearing the so called heavier scents like Tabac etc. I find myself looking at all the Lime ranges at the moment.
What it does do is make me wear more splashes rather than heavy balms so its the viscosity as you mentioned. Especially when I walk out the door and its 36 degrees which is around 96 for you guys and with high humidity the balms just don't cut it.

When it's hot like that, I take my Skin Bracer out for the cooling effect!
I've become quite the fan of the Osage Rub. That stuff freezes your face quite well!
When it's hot and humid (as it is lately), I tend to reach for my Booster Iced Lime splash. I added a few menthol crystals (heard about doing this in another thread a while ago). I like citrus/cooling effect in hot weather.
Barbasol Pacific Rush with extra menthol added.
For hot weather you have to try Alcolado Glacial. Over 76% alcohol, smells like Vick's Vapo-Rub, but will give you a menthol surge like very few others.
Myrsol Formula K is great on hot days. It's got a great menthol kick.

I either go heavily mentholated or reach for 4711.
I like Osage Rub mixed with AV or some 444 mixed with anything.
My new weapon of choice to beat the heat is Krampert's Finest Frostbite.

I bought Pacific Rush after having used the regular Barbasol aftershave, thinking it would just be the same with a different fragrance. But no, the effect on your skin is quite different. Are there any others out there with a similar effect?

Last night I discovered Stetson Cooling Moisture AS. I'm worried. This could displace The VEG as my number 1 AS. It was THAT good. My neck felt cool and smooth all night long.
A lot of my summer shaves are finished off with Aqua Velva ice blue.
