Does the Bump Fighter razor pivot?

My Trac II razor (Gillette PII made in India) broke yesterday. I need a replacement for it. I've been told that the Bump Fighter Razor (made by Personna) is of good quality for the price; it also fits Trac II and any other generic Trac II blades as well. Is it pivoting or non-pivoting? Peace.

It's a non-pivoting locked head.

Yep. Doesn't pivot. Sort of like the original Trac II.
