Is there in difference between the Feathers in the yellow packs and the Feathers in the black packs? Thanks

There are a bunch of posts about this. To sum it up the yellow package has 10 blades the black one five. The black package may or may not have been meant for the asian market and the yellow for the western market. The blades seem to be the same from what I have read.
