Difference between Regent Tech and Pre-War Aristocrat?

I feel like I'm slowly working my way backwards through the Gillette razors and have become very interested in the '40s and '50s TTOs. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between a Regent Tech and the pre-war Aristocrat? Looking at Achim's site, the boxes differ, but the razors themselves seem to be visually the same.

From a practical standpoint they're the same razor, but if you're asking how to tell one from the other, the Regent Tech doesn't have the "PAT. NOS. ON PACKAGE" inscription inside the head.
