Diameters of shaving soaps

Hello

I believe that this thread would be a good point of reference, in case anyone who already has a shaving soap to just write down its diameter, so as potential users to know which mug or bowl to use

What do you think?

Diameter, depth, and the shape of the side all matter. If the soap has straight sides and the bowl is curved, you'll get a lot of water or moisture on the side of the soap. I prefer the right bowl so that the moist soap sticks to the sides, preventing more water from getting under the soap once it's stuck in there.

Diameter and depth are easy enough to list. The shape is harder, beyond saying whether it's straight or curved.

Of course, you can always press most soaps to fit into a bowl.

Very interesting links however I think that actual numbers would just do the job
