DE Razor Identification - Help

Does anyone know where I can get one of these? Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for...I stumbled upon this photo on the internet. Any info on this would be appreciated!

The head is an Edwin Jagger (based on the box) but the handle is not standard - looks similar to a Weber polished stainless, but thicker? Might be a custom handle.

Handle does look similar to a Weber classic, but it isn't one.

The handle is a UFO U1 or U2 series.

The handle is a BRW (Bob's Razor Works) Bull Mastiff Stubby, unfortunately those handles are no longer available. The head is an Edwin Jagger.
