Really?? That is a super surprise. I only paid about 8 bucks for it at target. I started researching wetshaving after I purchased it and just figured that the low price meant it was not a badger. It does feel good.

Yea it's a great brush for the money. I have 4 of them. One in my regular rotation. That is the original style. Three new style, one in my travel kit, one in my locker at work and one still in the box in a closet somewhere.

If I remember correctly, a APO address is the same as sending something conus right???
