I received a puck of Mitchell's Wool Fat in the mail yesterday, and I could barely sleep last night, waiting for the chance to try this soap. In a nutshell, the soap lathered easily and moisturized my face. The blade (EJ 89L with a Feather) glided across my face regardless of the direction. My skin was amazingly moisturized after 1wtg and 2xtg passes. I felt great! This is the best soap ever! I've found shaving nirvana!
Well, I got my 5 o'clock shadow at about 2pm (worse than with my goop and Mach 3/Fusion). My EJ89L/Feather with Nancy Boy (hand lathered) usually held off any 5'oclock shadow until the following morning.
Nancy Boy hand lathered with EJ 89L is still SO much better than any shave soap/cream/oil that I've ever experienced that I'm about ready to trash every shave soap/cream/blade/razor/brush that I've ever touched.
If anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to hear it. But right now I'm in shaving nirvana with EJ89L/Nancy Boy, and nothing else comes close....
