Dating a razor

I know I saw a wiki or a sticky somewhere around here that tells how to read the numbers on a razor to date it....but I can't find it. Would someone please lead me to it?

Also - Does a Gillette razor always have the Gillette name/logo stamped on it?

For the most part, the majority of Gillette's have a logo and/or serial #'s.

So....I think what I have is a Flare Tip, and under the head there's a B in the left hand corner and a 3 in the right. So that makes it a 1956 made in the 3rd quarter?
