da Vinci 296 on the way!

So maybe I've had one too many drinks tonight, but I just ordered a da Vinci 296, and I'm stoked to get my third brush! I've seen a lot of reviews on other da Vinci models, but none so far on the 296. If you have one, can you comment on your experience with it?

I have a 293 and it is arguably my favorite brush. It's a great do anything brush and the knot quality is top notch. Enjoy your new acquisition.

I did reviews on the 290 and 293 but at the time I bought mine these were the only ones that were imported into the US

The hair part should be the same, it is the handle that will be different on the one you got

Thanks to a certain Terrapin, I picked up a 290 for a song. It's a very well-made high-quality brush, I think you'll be as thrilled with your 296 as I am with the 290.
It seems I have a love affair with brushes made in Deutschland.

I paid $116 shipping included from wmneumann.com. That was the lowest price I could find...

Sorry to be so late. It is a outstanding brush. It may not be the best at any one thing it does everything well. It is a great all around brush. It's not my favorite brush but if I could only keep one it would probably be the 293. I guess you could say I'm impressed.
