D Squared Rocky Mountain Wood

Who uses it, who likes it, who hates it?
Tried it at Sephora on weekend and wife went APES**T over it. No word of a lie. She told me later to shower 'cause she was going to dismember me like a she-lion!
Definitely gonna be under the tree in y house!

AND,

It's made by CANADIAN designer twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten!!!!!!!!!:thumbup:

I tried it and was quite impressed (also with Silver Wind Wood) in HK. It can be found for a pretty damn good price, too!
Probably didn't win me over enough to demand a FB purchase, but the next time I see a 100mL for $35 or under, I'll likely snap one or both up.

I can't really see anyone hating it - it's not as violently woody as something like Wonderwood - but I can understand if people are a little lukewarm on it.

I bought it blind due to all of its comparisons to Encre Noire. Tried it for a few days and have since put it with my collection of other let downs to be sold/traded. Don't get me wrong, I actually rather enjoy the fragrance. Its woody, floral, powdery and dark. The longevity is nothing to write home about and sillage isnt much better. But for me the deal breaker was the fact that IMHO it just smells cheap. Nice but cheap. If I had been able to smell RMW before knowing what it was I probably would have thought it was a strong shower gel or new type of axe body spray. But I wont lie I still sneak a couple of sprays on my wrists before bed every once in a while. Glad to hear your wife enjoys it! If you haven't already I would definitely recommend you try Encre Noire. Its heavier on the vetiver but its no surprise why RMW is often compared to it.

Encre noir is on my 'must try list' already!

Huckleberry, if your looking for someone to dispose of that terrible scent, I'm your man.
