Czech & Speake neroli vs Hoyt's

Anybody try both of these. I think they smell remarkably similar. The only difference to me is that Hoyts doesn't last as long. However for roughly 30 times cheaper I think the Hoyt's is a better deal.

What do you guys think??

30 times cheaper? Go with the Hoyt's.

hoyt's has been around forever, but I don't think the formula contains real neroli nowadays..hoyt's smells very synthetic to me....a better choice is sanborn's ...it has been around quite a while as well, and is now being made in mexico..although the label lists only "fragrance" ,it smells like the real thing..you can find it in many walgreens in the "ethnic" or "hispanic" sections.most times, the walgreens that carry sanborns also carry superior 70 bay rum from puerto rico.....sanborns comes in a very thick and heavy glass bottle,it is a great aftershave,or just as nice as a pick-me-up refresher in the summer..most mexican grocers carry it also...price ranges from $3.49 to $4.99.....another best buy

Thanks for the tip on the Sanborn's--it looks like it's worth a try.

Hoyt's still manages to have a nice neroli fragrance, even if the soure of that scent might be a little hazy. The advantage it has above all other nerolis is its magic powers. And at that price, how can you go wrong?

I"ve smelled this stuff - it reminds me a lot of Pen's Castile (which I love and wear), except a bit lighter.

Sanborn's sounds great. I will have to look for it.

I love Hoyt's. I used to have an old bottle as my avatar. It seems very good to me, but is quite fleeting. One off the least tenacious scents I have ever used! The good luck thing is not to be ignored!

C&S Neroli is probably my favorite neroli. Some great dirtiness in the bottom of it that I adore. Also excellent tenacity for a neroli. (Not the stunning tenacity of the Castle Forbes Limited Edition Neroli, but magnitudes more than most nerolis! and I like it better than the CF, which is edp stength.)
