Custom razor handle maker?

I know no one can replace the professionalism and craftsmanship that Cooncat Bob displayed while he was with us. I, unfortunately, never got to sample any of his wares but I was constantly in awe at the talent he possessed.

Having said that, I've seen numerous threads started since his passing about custom razor handles. We have a greatly diverse following on here from all over the world. It would seem that someone knows someone with a machine shop or lathe that could do this. Not only would it be in that person's best interest for the money, but we'd have a source for these things.

What does everyone think.

I think the UFO handles from Spain are rather attractive (I don't own any nor have I seen any outside of photos). Have you considered them or are you looking to see if anyone else wants to start making custom metal razor handles?

I agree. you can also make your own frankenrazor and not have to worry about custom as there are plenty of great looking handles out there - I recently used a Sabi T1 handle on a Tech head I'm loving the look and shave.

Check out the Vender forum. Elite Razor in Roswell Georgia has some good looking handles. I don't use De's so I can't say anything about his handles, but I do have one of his brushes and it is excellent.

I just got a my custom silvertip brush from Bob @ Elite Razor yesterday. WONDERFUL guy to work with and great looking stuff too. I'm not sure if he does custom metal handles like Cooncat Bob did but I know he does some pretty cool stuff with wood and acrylic.

Ask your friend to help me out with a custom heavy handle. The link here did not pan out too much on his plate already.

Thanks for all the great replies.

To clarify, I'm not in the market for custom handles. I was just seeing a lot of threads with people asking for custom handles and there weren't many answers floating around. I thought this might help.
